Job summary

Altogether Care is seeking a dedicated Care and Support Worker to assist clients in Salisbury and surrounding areas. You will travel to patient homes to provide compassionate care, helping individuals stay independent and safe in daily life.

The role supports a variety of shifts, including mornings, evenings and weekends, with full training and progression opportunities. A competitive hourly rate is offered along with a welcome package and wellbeing support.

Care And Support Worker - Competitive Salary - £13.80 to £14.30 Per Hour

Hours and Shift Patterns

• Morning and evening shifts with various start times, available on a full-time or part-time basis, including working every other weekend (with days off during the week where applicable).
• Morning-only shifts, available on a full-time or part-time basis, including working every other weekend (with days off during the week where applicable).
• Evening-only shifts, available on a full-time or part-time basis, including working every other weekend (with days off during the week where applicable).
• Weekend-only positions covering mornings and/or evenings.

Please note that availability to work every other weekend is a requirement for most weekday positions.
