Job summary

Call-In Homecare Ltd. is seeking dedicated Home Care Assistants to support clients in Rutherglen, Cambuslang and surrounding areas.

You will receive full paid training and a guaranteed-hours contract, with both full-time and part-time shifts including mornings, evenings and flexible bank shifts. We offer competitive pay (£13.45/hour) with holiday pay, weekly pay, pension and mileage allowance, plus benefits such as free uniform and PPE, support with SSSC registration, and an employee referral

Qualifications

• Kind, caring and compassionate people.
• Good level of English.
• Full UK driving licence preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with daily activities (meal prep, light housekeeping, medication prompts).
• Provide personal care support as needed.
• Support clients to participate in planning and delivering their care.
• Record and report daily visit information accurately.
• Welcomes applicants with or without prior care experience and ensures full training.

What We Are Looking For

• The ability to commit to one of our contracted shift patterns
• Full UK driving licence, your own car, and business insurance is preferred but walking runs are available.
• Experienced & non-experienced carers – everyone is welcome as we provide full training!

Your Role as a Care Assistant in the Community

• Assisting our clients in all aspects of their daily life, i.e. meal preparation, medication prompts and general domestic support
• Assisting clients with personal care
• Supporting clients to take an active role in the planning and provision of their care
• Recording and reporting daily visit information accurately
