Job summary

Call-In Homecare Ltd is seeking compassionate Home Care Assistants to serve Falkirk and surrounding areas. This permanent role offers guaranteed hours across full time, part time, mornings, evenings, and bank shifts, with full paid training and ongoing support.

You will help clients remain independent at home, with tasks like meal prep, personal care, and medication prompts, and you’ll receive weekly pay and a competitive rate (£13.45/hour) plus holiday pay. No previous experience required.

Qualifications

• Kind, caring and compassionate people.
• Good level of English.
• Ability to commit to one contracted shift pattern.
• Full UK driving licence; car and business insurance preferred but walking runs are available.
• Experienced & non-experienced carers – full training provided.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with daily activities including meal preparation, medication prompts and general domestic support.
• Provide personal care as required.
• Support clients to take an active role in planning and delivering their care.
• Record and report daily visit information accurately.

Your Role as a Care Assistant in the Community

• Assisting our clients in all aspects of their daily life, i.e. meal preparation, medication prompts and general domestic support
• Assisting clients with personal care
• Supporting clients to take an active role in the planning and provision of their care
• Recording and reporting daily visit information accurately
