Job summary

Call-In Homecare is seeking a friendly Home Care Assistant to join our team in Cumbernauld. No experience required—training is provided, and you will have guaranteed hours and ongoing support to help you make a real difference in your community.

You’ll work across mornings, evenings and bank shifts in a caring, supportive environment with weekly pay and paid holidays. A full UK driving licence and access to a car are preferred but walking visits are also possible.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence, your own car, and business insurance is preferred but walking runs are available.
• No experience required; full paid training provided.
• Commitment to one of our contracted shift patterns.
• Good level of English.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with daily living activities including meal preparation and medication prompts.
• Provide personal care and general domestic support.
• Support clients to participate in planning and provision of their care.
• Record and report daily visit information accurately.

Your Role as a Care Assistant in the Community

• Assisting our clients in all aspects of their daily life, i.e. meal preparation, medication prompts and general domestic support
• Assisting clients with personal care
• Supporting clients to take an active role in the planning and provision of their care
• Recording and reporting daily visit information accurately
