Time Recruitment Solutions Limited is recruiting a Care Assistant for day and night shifts at a luxury care home in Norden, Rochdale. The position offers 12-hour day or night shifts with a pay rate of £12.71 per hour and bank holiday enhanced pay.

You will provide personal care, support daily living activities, assist with moving and handling, and contribute to care plans while maintaining residents' dignity and comfort. Prior elderly or dementia care experience is preferred.

Pay Rate: £12.71 per hour

Bank Holiday Pay: Time and a half

Shift Patterns: 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM or 8:00 PM - 8:00 AM

About the Care Home

We are recruiting dedicated and compassionate Care Assistants to join the team at a luxury, purpose-built care home in the beautiful Norden area of Rochdale.

The home provides high-quality residential care for older people, including specialist dementia care, with a strong focus on personalised support, dignity, comfort and residents' individual needs.

With 66 beds and a positive CQC report, the home is committed to maintaining excellent standards of care in a safe, welcoming and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities
