Job summary

Care Outlook Community is seeking a dedicated Care Assistant to provide compassionate personal care to clients in the community across Bexhill, Hastings, Rye, St Leonards and Battle. You will drive to client homes and deliver dignity-driven support with all activities of daily living.

Shifts are available 7:00-14:00, 16:00-22:00 and 19:00-22:00 with weekend rotation. A UK driving licence and access to a vehicle are required; full training is provided and a welcome bonus is offered.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle.
• No prior care experience required; full training provided.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal care (washing, toileting, dressing).
• Perform light domestic tasks and housekeeping.
• Observe, monitor and record client conditions.

The Role:

• Assisting clients with personal care (Washing, toileting, dressing etc.)
• Performing light housekeeping tasks.
• Observing, monitoring and recording keeping.

The Requirements:

• Full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle.
• Caring, reliable, patient and compassionate.

Shifts available for Care Assistants:

• 07:00am - 14:00pm
• 16:00pm - 22:00pm

• Weekend availability required on a rotational basis, with schedules agreed in advance.

As this role is in the community you must hold a UK Driving licence and access to your own vehicle to be considered for this position.

No experience necessary, as our starters are provided with a fully comprehensive training programme, in full.
