Job summary

BCG in Pitlochry is seeking a compassionate Care Assistant to support residents with daily personal care and daily living activities. You will help with washing, dressing and meals, while ensuring dignity and individual needs are respected. The role emphasizes a person-centred approach and teamwork within a caring home environment.

Successful candidates will undergo PVG checks and references. UK work authorisation is required; sponsorship is not available.

You’ll provide person-centred care to our residents, ensuring they retain their dignity and individuality. You'll assist with personal care activities such as washing, personal hygiene, dressing, and helping with meals.

Cheerful, caring, and compassionate by nature, with good reading, writing, and communication skills, you’ll be flexible enough to work shifts. We provide full training, so whatever your background, we’d love to hear from you!

Successful candidates are subject to satisfactory references and a PVG check and must be authorised to work in the UK. We no longer offer Sponsorship.
