Job summary

BCG is seeking a Care Assistant to support residents with daily living, focusing on dignity, choice, and individual needs. You’ll help with personal care, meals, and daily activities in a supportive home environment.

We welcome applicants from all backgrounds; PVG checks are required, and sponsorship is not offered. Training is provided to help you grow in your caring role within our community.

Qualifications

• Good reading, writing and communication skills are important.

As a Care Assistant on our team, you'll care for our residents like they're your own family. It's all about looking after their physical, psychological, and social needs to help us deliver the quality of care they deserve. Care that makes the difference.

You'll provide person-centred care to our residents, ensuring they retain their dignity and individuality. You'll assist with personal care activities such as washing, personal hygiene, dressing, and helping with meals.

About you Cheerful, caring, and compassionate by nature, with good reading, writing, and communication skills, you'll be flexible enough to work shifts. We provide full training, so whatever your background, we'd love to hear from you! Successful candidates are subject to satisfactory references and a PVG check and must be authorised to work in the UK. We no longer offer Sponsorship.
