Job summary

BCG is seeking a Care Assistant in the Bonnybridge area to support residents with daily living, ensuring their dignity and individuality while providing compassionate, person-centred care.

You will assist with personal care, meals, and daily activities, working flexible shifts. Successful applicants will require PVG clearance and must be authorised to work in the UK; sponsorship is no longer offered.

You’ll provide person-centred care to our residents, ensuring they retain their dignity and individuality. You'll assist with personal care activities such as washing, personal hygiene, dressing, and helping with meals.

Cheerful, caring, and compassionate by nature, with good reading, writing, and communication skills, you’ll be flexible enough to work shifts. We provide full training, so whatever your background, we’d love to hear from you!
