Job summary

BCG is seeking a Care Assistant to join our care home team. You will care for residents like family, providing person-centred support to maintain dignity and individuality. Duties include assisting with washing, personal hygiene, dressing, and meals, while addressing physical, psychological, and social needs.

Successful candidates will undergo references and PVG checks and must be authorised to work in the UK. Sponsorship is not available.

You’ll provide person-centred care to our residents, ensuring they retain their dignity and individuality. You'll assist with personal care activities such as washing, personal hygiene, dressing, and helping with meals.

Cheerful, caring, and compassionate by nature, with good reading, writing, and communication skills, you’ll be flexible enough to work shifts. We provide full training, so whatever your background, we’d love to hear from you!
