Job summary

Care Outlook LTD is hiring Care Assistants to support vulnerable clients in their own homes across East Sussex. You will deliver personal care, light housekeeping and companionship, with guaranteed hours and flexible shifts.

No experience required; full training provided. A UK driving licence and access to your own car is preferred for community visits. Benefits include a welcome bonus, mileage allowance and a company mobile.

The Role:

• Assisting clients with personal care (Washing, toileting, dressing etc.)
• Performing light housekeeping tasks.
• Observing, monitoring and recording keeping.

The Requirements:

• Some flexibility as you will be supporting people in their own homes.
• Working every other weekend.

• BN2
• BN9
• BN10
• BN25

Shifts available for Care Assistants:

• 07:00am – 15:00pm
• 07:00am – 19:00pm
• 15:00pm – 22:00pm
• Minimum availability 20 hours, with as many hours as you’re available to do.

As this role is in the community you must hold a UK Driving Licence and access to your own vehicle to be considered for this position.

No experience necessary, as our starters are provided with a fully comprehensive training programme, in full.
