Fairfield Enriched Living in Oxford is hiring a Care Assistant to support residents with dignity and compassion. You’ll help with daily living tasks, promote independence, and provide companionship in a warm, homely environment.

We offer competitive hourly rates (£13.91–£14.54), comprehensive training, free meals on shift, free parking, and a range of development opportunities. Successful probation may include a joining bonus of £250.

Salary: £13.91 per hour to £14.54 per hour (pay award pending December 2026)
