Job summary

Fairfield in Oxford is hiring a Care Assistant to provide compassionate, person-centred support to residents. You will build meaningful relationships, promote independence and help residents feel valued, safe and comfortable in a warm, homely environment.

Care Assistant

Location: Oxford

Salary: £13.91 per hour to £14.54 per hour (pay award pending December 2026)
