Job summary

Fairfield in Oxford is seeking a Care Assistant to support residents with daily living, companionship and ensuring a warm, homely environment. You will work as part of a friendly, supportive team where compassion, reliability and teamwork matter.

Care Assistant

Location: Oxford

Salary: £13.91 per hour to £14.54 per hour (pay award pending December 2026)
