As a Home Instead Carer, you will be visiting clients in their own homes and supporting them with daily activities to help them maintain their independence and improve their quality of life. We ensure this high quality of care is carried out with ongoing support and paid training to our carers.

Duties:

• Assist residents with all areas of their care needs and daily living
• Deliver personal care, including washing
• Make tea/coffee and engage in conversation
• Complete daily records
• Ensure the safety of residents at all times
• Get to know your clients
• Follow client care plans
• Provide companionship

Qualifications:

No formal qualifications are needed; your initiative and caring nature are what matter most.

Additional Information:

• A full UK driving license and access to your own vehicle
• A caring, compassionate personality and a willingness to make a difference

• Ability to work well within a care team
