Job summary

Excelcare Holdings Ltd is seeking a compassionate Care Assistant for Castlemead Court Care Home in Milton Keynes. You will support residents with daily living, meals, and personal care, while maintaining dignity and respect.

You will also assist with documenting daily records, care plans, and charts as part of a supportive, team-based environment. Experience in care is welcome but not essential; a kind, reliable approach to older people is valued.

Qualifications

• Experience in a care environment is beneficial, but a caring and kind approach is valued.
• Interest in working with older people and promoting dignity and independence.

Responsibilities

• Assist with mealtimes, personal care and completing daily documentation including records and care plans.
• Engage residents in meaningful activities and promote independence, choice, dignity and respect.

Job description

As a Care Assistant at our Castlemead Court Care Home, Milton Keynes you will be part of a compassionate and welcoming team providing physical, emotional, and social support. Your dedication, reliability and support will make a difference every day., As a Care Assistant you will be assisting with mealtimes, personal care and completing current and appropriate documentation which includes daily record keeping, charts and care plans. You will be engaging in meaningful activities with the people living in our care home as well as always promoting independence, choice, dignity, and respect.
Experience in a care environment either in a care home, as a home care worker or caring for a loved one would be ideal, however if you have a caring and kind approach and the desire to work with older people - become one of the Excelcare family.
