Job summary

Bupa UK is seeking a Care Assistant at Pendean House Care Home, West Lavington, Midhurst. You will provide person-centred care, supporting independence and residents' preferences, in a team focused on high standards.

The role is on-site with a 44-hour contract and pay ranging from £12.75 to £13.75 per hour depending on experience. Bupa offers extensive benefits within a supportive workplace.

Responsibilities

• Support residents with a wide range of differing requirements from companionship to personal care.

• Support residents' nutrition and hydration needs, encouraging and assisting them to eat and drink according to their care plan.
• Provide essential physical and mental stimulation through social and recreational activities, both in groups and individually.
• Maintain accurate care plans in line with regulatory & legal requirements.

Key Responsibilities
