Care Assistant – Days

£12.63 per hour – plus company benefits

Full Time – 42 Hours per week – Includes alternate weekend working

Eastcote Park is a luxury retirement community boasting 34 exclusive retirement apartments and a stunning 50-bedded care home providing residential, dementia, and respite care.

We are looking for enthusiastic, passionate, and reliable Care Assistants to join our care team, caring for our residential and dementia residents.

You will be responsible for creating a happy and caring atmosphere, providing a wide range of general caring services including personal care. You will also assist in maintaining the residents' physical environment and support in daily activities within the home. A flexible approach and positive attitude to the challenges of the care role are essential.

Person Specification

• Physically and medically able to perform duties with or without assistive aids
• NVQ Level 2 or equivalent qualifications, or willingness to attend training
• Team player, self-motivated, proactive, flexible, and adaptable
• Ability to organise and prioritise workload and work under pressure
