Connected Health is seeking a Care Assistant in Magherafelt to support clients at home, delivering compassionate care and enabling independence.

Who We're Looking For

• Experience: Previous experience in homecare is helpful but not essential
• Communication Skills: Good standard of English, both written and spoken
• Driver Requirement: Must have a valid driver's licence and access to your own car
