Job summary

Connected Health is seeking Care Assistants in Ballyclare to provide in‑home support. No prior experience required as accredited training and ongoing development are provided. You’ll work in clients’ homes, helping with daily tasks and building a meaningful career in homecare.

We offer competitive pay up to £14.10 per hour, mileage at 20p per mile, and flexible full-time or part-time shifts. A £200 sign-on bonus after 3 months of service is available, plus recognition rewards and wellbeing

Qualifications

• Prior homecare experience is helpful but not required.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and access to your own car.
• Flexible availability, including alternate weekends.

Who We're Looking For

Experience: Previous experience in homecare is helpful but not essential

Communication Skills: Good standard of English, both written and spoken

Driver Requirement: Must have a valid driver's licence and access to your own car

Flexibility: Must be available to work alternative weekends
