Job summary

People Dynamix Limited in Macclesfield is seeking a dedicated Care Assistant to join a growing healthcare recruitment team. The role offers flexible shifts (8am-3pm, 3pm-10pm or 8am-10pm), with a focus on compassionate, person-centred care for residents in local homes.

You will work with a friendly team to provide personal care, support with mealtimes, and maintain records while upholding dignity and privacy. Prior UK care experience of 6+ months is preferred.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and written skills.
• Committed to providing a high standard of care, promoting dignity and respect.
• Previous experience working within an elderly care setting.
• Team player but able to work on your own initiative.
• Dependable, able to work well under pressure and flexible to meet the needs of the home.
• A minimum of 6 months recent UK care experience.

Shift pattern- 8am-3pm and 3pm-10pm or 8am till 10pm if preferred

As a care assistant, you will work together with other staff in the running of the household. You will aim to maintain high standards of care and service towards customers, relatives, visitors and other members of staff. You will be providing a range of personal and practical care to our residents.
