Job summary

Care First Recruitment Solutions LLP is partnering with a luxury care home in the area to recruit exceptional Care Assistants dedicated to resident wellbeing.

The role involves supporting residents to live comfortably, safely and with dignity, including personal care, mobility assistance and dementia support. Permanent contracts are offered with flexible shift hours and a full induction program.

£14.02 per hour plus £4.00 p/h for overtime

Permanent contracts - 12, 24, 36 or 48 hours per week

The Role

As a Care Assistant, you'll play a vital role in supporting residents to live comfortably, safely and with dignity.

Responsibilities will include:

• Providing personal care and support
• Assisting with mobility and daily living activities
• Building meaningful relationships with residents
• Supporting residents with dementia and nursing needs
• Working collaboratively with colleagues, nurses and families
• Promoting independence, choice and dignity at all times
