Care First UK Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a luxury care home in Liphook to recruit a dedicated Care Assistant. This permanent position offers 12, 24, 36 or 48 hours per week, with a base rate of £14.02 per hour and an overtime rate of £4.00 per hour, in a welcoming, person-centred environment.

As a Care Assistant you’ll support residents to live comfortably and with dignity, help with mobility and daily living tasks, build meaningful relationships, assist residents with dementia,

Qualifications

• Experience as a Care Assistant or in a similar care support role.
• Strong communication and compassionate interaction with residents.
• Ability to work reliably in a team-focused care environment.

The Role

As a Care Assistant, you'll play a vital role in supporting residents to live comfortably, safely and with dignity.

Responsibilities will include:

• Providing personal care and support
• Assisting with mobility and daily living activities
• Building meaningful relationships with residents
• Supporting residents with dementia and nursing needs
• Maintaining accurate care records
• Working collaboratively with colleagues, nurses and families
• Promoting independence, choice and dignity at all times
