Connected Health is hiring a Care Assistant for Limavady and surrounding areas to provide homecare support in clients' own homes. Training and development are provided, so prior experience is not required. A valid driver’s license and access to a car are essential for travel between visits.

The role offers a competitive hourly rate with shifts on a 4-3 rota, and a sign-on bonus after three months of service. Numerous perks include free Access NI, uniforms, and wellbeing benefits.

Responsabilidades

• Provide personal care and daily living support in line with each service user’s individual care plan
• Respect service users’ dignity, independence and choices at all times
• Maintain professional relationships with service users, families, colleagues and healthcare professionals
• Report any changes in a service user’s condition to the supervisor
• Follow Connected Health policies and health and safety requirements
• Complete all required documentation including care records and timesheets
• Attend induction, training, supervision and team meetings
• Maintain and develop knowledge and skills through ongoing training
• Undertake additional duties as requested by the Service Manager

Key duties and responsibilities

• Provide personal care and daily living support in line with each service user’s individual care plan, preferences and needs.

• Report any changes in a service user’s condition or circumstances to the relevant supervisor.
• Follow Connected Health policies, procedures, Health and Safety requirements and on-call guidance.
• Complete all required documentation, including care records and timesheets.
• Attend induction, training, supervision and team meetings as required.
• Maintain and develop knowledge and skills through ongoing training and experience.
• Undertake additional duties as requested by the Service Manager, following any required training.

To undertake any other reasonable duties as required.
