Job summary

Agincare Group in Leeds is recruiting a Care Assistant as part of our expansion into the city. No prior care experience is required; we provide fully funded training and ongoing development to help you grow a rewarding career in care.

In this role you will provide high-quality personal care, assist with daily routines, help residents stay engaged, and work as part of a supportive team to deliver person-centred care with dignity.

The role of a Care Assistant:

• Provide high-quality personal care and

support to residents.

• Assist with medication administration and recording.

• Help enrich residents' lives through activities, hobbies, and social engagement.
• Promote residents' dignity, independence, and well-being.
• Work as part of a caring team to deliver outstanding person-centred care

About you:

You don’t need previous care experience. What matters most is your kindness and motivation to help others.
