Career Choices Dewis Gyrfa Ltd is seeking dedicated care professionals to support clients across Prescot, Whiston, Knowsley Village, Southdene, Kirkby and nearby areas. You will assist with personal care, medications and meals in clients' homes, promoting independence and wellbeing.

We offer stable shifts (mornings, days, evenings, nights) with every other weekend off, DBS provided, a company mobile, uniform, and a pension scheme.

Qualifications

• Must have driving licence and access to a vehicle.
• Ability to provide compassionate community-based care.
• Right to work in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Support clients in Prescot, Whiston, Knowsley Village, Southdene, Kirkby and surrounding areas.
• Assist with personal care, medication, and meals in clients' homes.
• Visit clients in their own homes and travel between visits.
• Utilise Cera Tech predictive technology to reduce admin and focus on care.

The Role: Supporting clients in Prescot, Whiston, Knowsley Village, Southdene, Kirkbyand surrounding areas, this is a community-based role, where you will assist with personal care, medication, and meals, visiting people in their own homes and travelling between client visits.

For this role, you require a driving licence and access to a vehicle.
