Job summary

Cera Care is seeking caring individuals to join our team as carers in Prescot and surrounding areas. You will visit clients in their own homes to provide personal care, support with meals, and assistance with medications, helping people stay independent and comfortable at home.

We offer flexible shifts (mornings, days, evenings and nights), guaranteed hours where available, and benefits including DBS, company phone, and uniform. A driving licence and access to a vehicle are required.

Qualifications

• Experience in personal care and support in clients' homes.
• Ability to follow care plans and maintain dignity and privacy.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal care, including grooming and bathing.
• Support with medication administration as directed by care plans.
• Help with meals, nutrition, and hydration.
• Transport between visits as required and travel to client homes.

The Role: Supporting clients in Prescot, Whiston, Knowsley Village, Southdene, Kirkbyand surrounding areas, this is a community-based role, where you will assist with personal care, medication, and meals, visiting people in their own homes and travelling between client visits. For this role, you require a driving licence and access to a vehicle.
