Job summary

Career Choices Dewis Gyrfa Ltd is recruiting care colleagues to support clients in their own homes across Middlewich, Sandbach, Congleton and nearby areas. You will assist with personal care, meals, and medications, visiting clients and travelling between visits.

A driving licence and access to a vehicle are required. The role is powered by our care tech platform to reduce admin and enable quality time with clients.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting others or caring for a loved one is welcome.
• Ability to work flexible shifts including mornings, days, evenings and nights, with every other weekend off.

Responsibilities

The Role

Supporting clients in Middlewich, Sandbach, Congleton and surrounding areas, this is a community-based role, where you will assist with personal care, medication, and meals, visiting people in their own homes and travelling between client visits.

For this role, you require a driving licence and access to a vehicle.
