Job summary

Care Concern Group is seeking a Care Assistant at Floryn House Care Home in the United Kingdom. The role offers £14.00 per hour, with a contract of 36-48 hours per week and paid DBS pension; uniform is provided and 5.6 weeks annual leave based on a full-time contract.

You will work alternate weekends and contribute to high-quality, person-centered care. The successful candidate will join a supportive team, receive full training, guidance and ongoing development.

Role Overview

As a Care Assistant, you will make a meaningful difference in our residents lives everyday. This role is central to delivering high quality, person centred care that supports dignity, independence and overall wellbeing.

You will support individuals with daily living including personal care, mobility, nutrition and emotional wellbeing, helping them feel comfortable, respected and valued. By following care plans and recognising changes in condition, you will contribute to safe, responsive and consistent care.

Working as part of a supportive team, you will help create a warm and positive environment where relationships matter and people feel truly cared for. This opportunity is open to both experienced carers and those new to care, with full training, guidance and ongoing development provided to support your journey.

The successful candidate will be required to work alternate weekends.
