In this role as Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the health, well-being, and independence of vulnerable individuals within the comfort of their own homes. You will:

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate support with personal care, including washing, dressing, toileting, and continence care – always with dignity and respect.
• Assist with daily living tasks, such as preparing nutritious meals, light housekeeping, and occasional shopping to help maintain a comfortable home environment.
• Support with medication routines, ensuring individuals receive the right help at the right time, with full training provided.
• Offer meaningful companionship, bringing warmth, reassurance, and social interaction to brighten someone's day.

Ideal Candidate

The ideal Care Assistant is passionate about helping others and committed to delivering high-quality care and support. You'll be a reliable and honest team player with strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to ensure accurate record-keeping. While previous experience in care, hospitality, retail, or customer service is welcomed, it's not essential – we value the right attitude and a willingness to learn. Application Requirements

Compensation & Hours

Salary: £13 per hour + mileage at £0.30 per mile & travel time at £12.21 per hour.
Hours: 7 am–2 pm and 4 pm–10 pm.

Areas covered: Anlaby, Beverley, Driffield and Hessle.
