Complete Care Amegreen, part of CCH, is seeking a friendly Complex Care Assistant to support a client with sophisticated home-based care needs in Holyhead. You will build trust, provide reassurance, and enable participation in daily activities both at home and in the community.

Experience in complex care is essential, and Welsh language ability is a plus. The role offers day and night shifts with flexible hours to match the client’s schedule.

Pay: £14.75 days and £15 nights per hour

Shifts: Day and night shifts available | 9 am - 9 pm / 9 pm - 9 am

Driver required: Yes - full UK licence and access to your own vehicle

What you’ll do

We are looking for a friendly, confident and enthusiastic Complex Care Assistant to support a client with a range of complex care needs in their own home.

Our client enjoys leading an active and fulfilling lifestyle and is passionate about sport, especially cheering on Wales. They also enjoy spending time in the local community, visiting the pub, going to the cinema, attending football matches, and taking day trips to places such as Cheshire Oaks and Liverpool.

We are looking for confident, proactive support workers who can build a positive relationship with the client, provide reassurance when needed, and support them to enjoy the activities they love both at home and in the community.

Both day and night shifts are available, offering flexibility to suit your availability.

Experience working in complex care is essential for this position and being able to converse in Welsh would be a bonus!
