Care By Us Limited is seeking compassionate Care Professionals to serve East Hertfordshire, travelling to clients in Hoddesdon and surrounding areas. Full training is provided and local work with paid mileage is offered.

Work Locations

As this is a community-based role, you will be traveling to support clients within their local communities. We proudly provide high-quality care across East Hertfordshire and all surrounding areas, primarily covering:

Hoddesdon & Surrounds: Hoddesdon, Broxbourne, Wormley, Turnford, Cheshunt, Great Amwell, Hertford Heath, Nazeing, Roydon, Goffs Oak, Cuffley, Waltham Cross, Waltham Abbey, and Harlow.

Hertford & Surrounds: Hertford, Ware, Stanstead Abbotts, and surrounding villages.

A full driving licence and access to your own vehicle is essential for this role due to the geographical nature of the rounds.

Qualifications

What You’ll Need (Besides a Cape!)

You don’t need formal care experience! The skills you’ve gained from raising a family, caring for loved ones, or running a household are exactly what makes a brilliant Care Professional. Full, paid training is provided. We’re looking for:

• Reliability, punctuality, and a naturally caring nature
• Patience and active listening skills to truly understand our clients' needs
• Resilience and adaptability—because no two days (or clients!) are exactly the same
• A keen eye for detail to spot any changes in a client's health or well-being

• Willingness to learn new skills and participate in continuous training
• Great communication and a collaborative team spirit
