Job summary

Oakland Care is seeking an experienced Senior Night Care Assistant to provide exceptional care while residents sleep. You will join a supportive team, delivering person-centred care, administering medications, and updating care plans.

Hours: 42 per week, nights, £14.30 per hour, full-time contract. The role requires a Level 3 Health and Social Care qualification or progress towards it, with strong communication and teamwork skills.

Qualifications

• Level 3 qualification in Health and Social Care (or working towards).

• Ability to induct, supervise and mentor junior staff.

Responsibilities

Are you an experienced care professional with a passion for supporting others? We are looking for a dedicated Senior Night Care Assistant to join our team and provide exceptional care to our residents while the rest of the world sleeps. If you are a driven individual who values teamwork and can act as a positive role model, we want to hear from you!, least a minimum of 2 years' experience in delivering care or as a Senior Care Assistant.

• Level 3 qualification in Health and Social Care (or willing to sign up/or working towards it).
