Job summary

Call-In Homecare Limited is recruiting for Home Care Assistants to support clients in Hamilton, Blantyre and surrounding areas. The role offers permanent shifts with full time, part time, mornings, evenings or bank shifts, and includes full paid training and a guaranteed-hours contract.

We provide competitive pay at £13.45/hour plus holiday pay, pension and mileage allowance, weekly pay, and generous refer-a-friend incentives.

Qualifications

Your Role as a Care Assistant in the Community

• Assisting our clients in all aspects of their daily life, i.e. meal preparation, medication prompts and general domestic support
• Assisting clients with personal care
• Supporting clients to take an active role in the planning and provision of their care
• Recording and reporting daily visit information accurately

If you have worked as a Care Assistant, Support Worker, HCA, Health Care Assistant, or in the NHS.

No experience? No problem! We provide full training and encourage applicants from all sectors, including retail, customer service, hospitality, cleaning, warehouse, and delivery driving.
