Job summary

Call-In Homecare is seeking compassionate individuals to join our Perth team as Community Care Assistants. You will support clients in their homes, receive full training, and enjoy guaranteed hours under a permanent contract.

The role offers flexible shift patterns, weekly pay, and opportunities for career development within a caring, supportive environment in Perth and surrounding areas.

Qualifications

• Must be kind, caring and compassionate.
• Good level of English.
• Able to commit to contracted shift patterns.
• Full UK driving licence (car and business insurance preferred).
• Full training provided to all entrants.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with daily living activities, such as meal preparation, medication prompts and general domestic support.
• Assist clients with personal care.
• Support clients to participate in care planning and provision.
• Record and report daily visit information accurately.

Your Role as a Care Assistant in the Community

• Assisting our clients in all aspects of their daily life, i.e. meal preparation, medication prompts and general domestic support
• Assisting clients with personal care
• Supporting clients to take an active role in the planning and provision of their care
• Recording and reporting daily visit information accurately
