Job summary

Stow Healthcare Group is seeking a compassionate Care Assistant for our Essex/Suffolk/Norfolk homes. You’ll work under a Senior Carer to support residents with personal care, mealtimes and activities, helping them live fulfilling lives with kindness and respect.

No prior experience is required as full training is provided. A genuine 'people person' with flexibility and English language skills will thrive in this role.

Qualifications

• No previous care experience required; full training provided.
• Flexible, patient, caring attitude and people skills.
• Good written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with personal care, mealtimes and activities.
• Support residents to live fulfilling lives under supervision.

• Available to work alternate weekends

The skills you’ll need

• Full training can be provided if you do not have experience
• Flexibility, patience, a caring attitude, and a real 'people person'
• A good level of written and spoken English
