Job summary

Stow Healthcare is seeking a Maintenance Assistant to keep our home in excellent condition for residents. You will handle painting, decorating, and basic trade tasks, reporting to the Home Manager and Maintenance Manager. A proactive approach helps raise standards daily.

Experience in maintenance is valued, and a stable attendance record is important for reliable service. This role focuses on hands-on upkeep and ensuring comfort and safety for residents and staff.

Qualifications

• You will feel comfortable in painting and decorating and may have skills in other trades.
• You will have an excellent attendance record and take a proactive approach to driving up standards.
