Hollybank Trustees Ltd is seeking a Care Assistant (Part Time) for Finborough Court in Great Finborough. This role offers 14 hours a week with Bank shifts, requiring weekend and weekday availability, on-site at our quiet rural home.

You will join a friendly, supportive team caring for our older residents in a Christian setting, focusing on compassionate personal care and daily living tasks.

Finborough Court, is looking for a friendly and approachable person to join our dedicated and supportive team, caring for our vulnerable Christian residents. • Provide a high quality, professional service of care to our residents.
• Help a resident with personal cleanliness such as helping a resident with a bath.
• Support residents to eat and drink.
• Treat others as individuals with unique and diverse needs.
• Treat our residents with dignity and respect.
• Support our residents to keep independent and healthy and encourage themto be part of the community within the home.
• Get to know residents so as to comfort, assist and give reassurance when needed.
• Assist with tidying, cleaning, laundering and other domestic tasks when needed.
• You need to be someone who enjoys working with older people and can have an empathy with them;
• You need to be able to work in a team and be willing to take on any task to provide an excellent level of care to our clients; and
• You need to be well-organised, adaptable and practical.
• 14 hours a week plus Bank shifts are available to cover for absence, sickness, holidays and relief.
• Availability to work weekend shifts and weekday shifts is required.
