Salary: £14.25 per hour | Expert training | Flexible shift patterns
Essential: Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.
For many of the people we support, your visit is more than care. It's companionship. It's reassurance. It's a familiar face they look forward to seeing. It's the confidence to remain independent and continue living safely in the home they love.
At Bluebird Care, we believe everyone deserves to live with dignity, comfort and choice. Every day, our Care Assistants help make that possible.
Whether you're helping someone get ready for the day, preparing a favourite meal, sharing a conversation over a cup of tea, or simply being there to listen, the impact you make goes far beyond practical support. You help people maintain their independence, stay connected to their communities, and continue living life on their own terms.
We're looking for compassionate, reliable people who want more than just a job. We want people who find fulfilment in helping others and take pride in making a genuine difference every single day.
If you're ready to build a career with purpose, where your kindness and compassion are valued as much as your skills, we'd love to hear from you.
As a Care Assistant, you'll help people continue living life on their own terms, in the comfort of their own homes.
You'll:
At Bluebird Care, we know that exceptional care starts with exceptional people. That's why we invest in our teams and create an environment where you feel valued, supported and appreciated.
You don't need previous care experience to join us. What matters most is your attitude, compassion and willingness to make a difference.
We'd love to hear from you if you are:
Previous care experience is beneficial, but not essential, as full training will be provided.
This is a role where you'll finish your day knowing you've helped someone feel safer, happier, more independent and less alone.
The support you provide allows people to stay in the place that means the most to them: their own home.
That's a difference worth making.
PVG checking and references will be undertaken in line with government regulations and recruitment best practices.
