Job summary

HFH Healthcare is recruiting compassionate carers to support complex care clients in their own homes. Each carer will be based at a single client’s residence, with no Travel between multiple homes and shifts spanning days and nights.

This role offers full-time and part-time options, PAYE payroll, enhanced rates on weekends/bank holidays, paid holidays, a company pension, and a wellbeing support line; average shifts are 12 hours with predictable patterns wherever possible.

Qualifications

• At least 6 months’ care experience.

We are looking for compassionate and reliable carers with at least 6 months’ experience to support our complex care clients in their own homes. This is not a home to home role, you will solely be based at one client's residence. Our clients have quite complex needs and would need a carer who is attentive, pro-active but also up for a challenge. Every day is different here at HFH but we are here to make a difference!

Schedule:

Shifts Available - 7AM - 7PM(Days, Monday - Sunday), 7PM - 10PM(X5 a week) and 10PM - 7AM(Nights, Monday to Sunday)

What HFH offers?

• Typically, our client base requires ongoing care, 24 hours a day, and benefit from the continuity of a small core team of regular care staff.
• Our specialist carers work with one client per shift and do not travel between multiple homes. The average shift is duration 12hrs.
• Where possible we will offer you work to meet your availability and as a guide, the average carer works three shifts (36hrs) per week for us and earns £500 555 p/wk*.
• The regular working patterns that our clients require mean this three day a week work pattern equates to an average annual income of between £26,200 £28,950*.
• We employ all staff directly and manage all aspects of your pay via PAYE, rather than Limited Company or Self-employed status. This removes the need for you employ third party companies or calculate your own tax. PAYE also protects you from breaching IR35 tax regulations.
• *Please note: This dependant of their shift pattern (days/nights/weekends) and these rates shown are inclusive of holiday pay which is accumulated per hour worked.
