Job summary

HFH Healthcare Limited is seeking compassionate and reliable carers to support complex care clients in their own homes. You will be based at one client’s residence, not rotating between homes, and provide companionship and daily care.

The Live In role offers a two-week on/two-week off pattern with 12-hour waking nights, and a minimum of 24 hours per week. Salaries include £12.71–£16 per hour (waking nights) and daily rates from £134.48. PAYE is used and benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Compassionate and reliable carers with at least 6 months’ experience.
• Based at one client’s residence; not a home-to-home role.
• Live In position for a male in his 40s; care with companionship.
• Minimum 24 hours per week commitment.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate care to the client in his home.
• Deliver structured Live In care with 2 weeks on / 2 weeks off and 12-hour waking nights.
• Be based at a single residence and offer family‑like companionship.

We are looking for compassionate and reliable carers with at least 6 months’ experience to support our complex care clients in their own homes. This is not a home to home role, you will solely be based at one client's residence.

Looking for carers for this Live In position for a male in his 40s. We want carers who will be good companions to our client and make it feel like the care comes with a family feel to it.

Job Type: Full Time and Part Time available

Salary: £12.71- £16(Waking Nights) and Daily pay rates from £134.48*(Live In)

Schedule: Structure available includes Live In(2 weeks on 2 weeks off) AND 12 hour Waking Nights Available !!!

Must be able to do a minimum of 24 hours a week!

What HFH offers?.

• Typically, our client base requires ongoing care, 24 hours a day, and benefit from the continuity of a small core team of regular care staff.
• Our specialist carers work with one client per shift and do not travel between multiple homes. The average shift is duration 12hrs.
• Where possible we will offer you work to meet your availability and as a guide, the average carer works three shifts (36hrs) per week for us and earns £500 555 p/wk*.
• The regular working patterns that our clients require mean this three day a week work pattern equates to an average annual income of between £26,200 £28,950*.
• We employ all staff directly and manage all aspects of your pay via PAYE, rather than Limited Company or Self-employed status. This removes the need for you employ third party companies or calculate your own tax. PAYE also protects you from breaching IR35 tax regulations.
• *Please note: This dependant of their shift pattern (days/nights/weekends) and these rates shown are inclusive of holiday pay which is accumulated per hour worked.
