Job summary

TipTopJob in Diss/Ipswich area is seeking a motivated Support Worker to join a leading UK health care provider in a care home setting. The role requires NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care or equivalent and involves caring for residents, personal care, and companionship.

You will work a permanent full-time pattern of 36 hours per week with night shifts, and you will be paid GBP13.45 per hour (£25,178.40 per annum). Benefits include a pension, training, and recognition schemes.

As a Support Worker Your Key Duties Include

• Be an essential part of the team, promoting the well:being and providing the highest quality of care to residents


• Assist with daily tasks, inclusive of all personal care assistance from supporting with personal hygiene, through to days out and companionship


• Encourage independence, well:being and supporting vulnerable individuals with their daily routines and activities


• Ensure accurate record keeping at all times

The following skills and experience would be preferred and beneficial for the role:

The successful Support Worker will receive an excellent salary of GBP13.45 per hour and the annual salary is GBP25,178.40 per annum.
