Job summary

Right at Home Sutton & Mid Surrey is recruiting for Care Assistants to provide compassionate in-home support across Sutton, Epsom and Mid Surrey. Roles include part-time and full-time shifts with guaranteed hours options and mileage reimbursement.

We offer paid training, DBS cost reimbursement after onboarding, and progression opportunities through NVQs and management tracks, with a supportive, friendly team and flexible schedules to suit your lifestyle.

Qualifications

• Full UK or EU/EEA driving licence.
• Access to own car for travelling between clients.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and brighten a Client's day.
• Support with personal care.
• Prepare meals and assist with medication.
• Help with shopping, light housekeeping and daily routines.
• Accompany Clients to appointments and social outings.
• Encourage independence while delivering safe, person-centred care.

We're currently recruiting for:

• Morning Care Assistants – 7:00am – 2:00pm
• Evening Care Assistants – 5:00pm – 10:00pm
• Full-Time Care Assistants – Split Shift: 7:00am – 1:00pm & 4:00pm – 10:00pm

Guaranteed Hours Contracts are available, giving you the security of regular, consistent hours.

What we're looking for

• A caring, positive and reliable attitude

• Living in Sutton, Epsom or the surrounding Mid Surrey areas
