Job summary

Altogether Care is seeking a Care & Support Worker to provide compassionate in-home care for clients in the West Moors community. You will help with daily tasks, enable independence and document care using mobile tech.

Full training, ongoing development and DBS checks are provided. Driving is essential to travel between visits and support clients in their own homes across the West Moors area.
