Job summary

Altogether Care is looking for a caring Care & Support Worker to provide in-home support across the Ringwood area. You’ll help clients stay independent, assist with daily living tasks and accompany them to appointments, using a mobile toolkit to record care delivery.

Whether you’re new to social care or an experienced professional, you’ll receive full training, ongoing development and a supportive team. A UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle are required.

Please note that availability to work every other weekend is a requirement for most weekday positions.
