Altogether Care is seeking a Care & Support Worker in Poole to provide personal care, support daily tasks, and help clients stay independent in their own homes across the Poole community.

You'll build trusted relationships with clients, families and professionals, travel between visits, and use mobile tech to record care. Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle are required. Training and progression available.
