Job summary

Agincare is recruiting a Care Assistant at St Peter's Park Retirement Village, Bexhill-on-Sea, in the UK. You will provide high-quality personal care, assist with daily living, and build relationships with residents. Full training provided; no prior care experience required.

You'll work 48 hours per week including alternate weekends, with day and night shifts available. The role offers funded training up to QCF Level 5, pension, discounts, and flexible pay options.

Qualifications

  • No experience required – full training provided.
  • Compassionate, patient and great with people.
  • Minimum 12 months right to work in the UK (we cannot currently offer sponsorship).
  • Able to work alternate weekends.
