Job summary

Care First UK is partnering with a leading luxury care home in Liphook to recruit Care Assistants who are passionate about delivering outstanding care. This permanent role offers flexible hours (12, 24, 36 or 48 per week) with a competitive hourly rate.

As a Care Assistant, you will provide personal care, assist with mobility, build meaningful relationships, support residents with dementia and nursing needs, and maintain accurate records. Induction and ongoing training are provided.

• Experienced Care Assistants, or Support Workers moving into elderly care
• Compassion, kindness, and a positive attitude
• People with transferable customer-facing or support experience
• Individuals new to care who possess the right values and attitude

The Role

As a Care Assistant, you'll play a vital role in supporting residents to live comfortably, safely and with dignity.

Responsibilities will include:
