Job summary

All Care Services is hiring a Care Assistant to provide person-centred care to older adults in their own homes in the East Grinstead area. You will assist with personal care, meal prep, light household tasks and shopping, while offering companionship and emotional support.

No experience needed – full training provided, with guaranteed hours and a clear path for NVQ qualifications and career progression.

Qualifications

• Travel throughout the local area is required.
• You must have the right to work in the UK; sponsorship is not available.
• Ability to work AM/PM shifts and alternate weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provide person-centred care to older adults in their own homes across East Grinstead and surrounding areas.
• Assist with personal care, meal preparation, light house tasks, shopping and companionship.
