Job summary

All Care is seeking a Care Assistant to provide person-centred support to older adults across the Bognor area, helping them regain independence at home. The role offers guaranteed hours with permanent contracts for both full-time and part-time staff, plus consistent shifts from 7:00am–2:00pm and 4:00pm–10:00pm.

We support training with paid induction, including fully funded NVQ qualifications and Health & Social Care from day one, plus pension, mileage, DBS and PPE.

• Drivers with a full UK licence, own vehicle and business insurance

Care Assistant

Location: Across Horsham, Crawley, East Grinstead, Haywards Heath, Burgess Hill and Bognor.

Salary: £13.45 per hour, plus enhanced pay for unsociable hours and double‑time compensation for public holiday work.
